Winter Blues



After my success this last summer I just knew I would plow through the winter months running just as often as I had been.  That was NOT the case.  It has dwindled down to barely making in for my Sunday morning run with my coworker.  Not only have I slowed down my running, but I was a bad girl during the holidays.  Now I have several pounds more to lose and I have some new goals - I have a plan.  I already lost two pounds this last week and that felt GREAT!  I have so many more to lose, however I want to focus on the mini goals - dropping a BMI point at a time.
